Community,
Barton Hill Farms is
gearing up for our eighth Fall Festival and Pumpkin Patch! This festival
has become a tradition for thousands of central Texas families. Each year
we have been fortunate to experience growth in attendance, and have seen our
staffing needs increase dramatically. We aim to have a very
family-friendly environment with opportunities for our youth to learn valuable
job skills, and for teachers, retirees, and "empty nesters" to earn
extra income or to just get out on the weekends! Our managers are super
friendly and work very hard to help teach leadership. First job-we
provide training! Employees are discounted 50% on meals and are given
four (4) festival tickets to share with their family members. We have enlisted
a scholarship program aimed at providing tuition assistance to our graduating
employees that have worked with us for at least two years. Our schedule is more
flexible than ever. However, we do expect applicants to commit to at
least 80% of the festival dates, including orientation and training days.
The Hiring dates are as
follows: We are NOW HIRING! The festival begins on September 28th and
will run through November 3rd-open to public Saturdays and Sundays only. We
employee 15 years and up. We BONUS for excellent attendance! Barton Hill
